Mrs. Goodman's Easter Offerings

Celebrate this very special time of year with some of Mrs. Goodman's most delicious decorated desserts.

In addition to the Easter Specials below, Mrs. Goodman's Baking Co.'s normal line of Cakes, Cutout Cookies, Cookies, Pies, Dessert Bars, and Scones, are available to order ahead for pick-up, and may include any of your requested decorations. The main Easter pick-up day is the Saturday before Easter Sunday.

Easter Dessert Specials

# Renaissance Easter-Egg Cake $39.95                                               A two-layer, 3-dimensional (9"x6"x5") egg shaped cake, with your choice of Vanilla or Chocolate cake, with Raspberry, Vanilla ButterCream frosting, and snowy edible glitter. Choose from Sage Green, Wedgwood Blue, Lavender, or Peach shell-colors, with an ivory lace overlay. (Serves 8-10)

# Decorated Easter-Egg Single Layer Cake $19.95                          Single layer, 9"x 6" half egg shaped Vanilla or Chocolate cake, covered with Vanilla butter-cream icing, and decorated with Easter egg design with pastel colors. (Serves 4 to 5)

# Daffodil Cake $29.95                                                                    An elegant 10" Angel food--Orange Meringue cake, with Orange ButterCream icing, and decorated with an edible Daffodil. (Serves 12 to 16).

# Pineapple-Mandarin-Orange Upside-down Cake 7"--$19.95// 10"--$27.95                                                                              Caramelized pineapple and mandarin oranges atop a moist, buttery sour-cream cake. This delight is delicious as is, but even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a dollop of whipped cream. (7" cake serves 10-11 // 10" serves appx. 16).
